Cancelations must be made within 48 hours of appointment  with the exception of weekends in order to receive a refund. Cancelations less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment will not be refunded. In order to keep unnecessary appointment times blocked, more than one reschedule will be treated as a no-call, no-show and will not be refunded. Appointments to be rescheduled must be completed within 1 week from original appointment date, otherwise will be considered a cancellation. All clients must pay in advance. Specialty appointments (couples', children's, etc.) must be booked by phone Tuesday through Friday and paid in advance. There are no refunds given for weekend or custom appointment cancellations. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, please call ahead. Without calling ahead, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a no call no show. Late arrivals are not guaranteed the full appointment time as to accommodate our other scheduled clients. Please remember to be considerate of our staff and clients when picking your appointment time. AltNature Reiki reserves the right to end any session at any time due to inappropriate behavior or disrespect of our staff or premises, without refund. False charge backs will result in a cancelation of future services with no refund, and all future services will be cash only, plus lawyer fees resulted from disproving the scam.
